Join our client's Battery Test Operations team as a Battery Test Senior Technician and play a vital role in advancing high-voltage battery development for innovative EV applications.
Based at state-of-the-art facilities in Coventry (Lyons Park) and Gaydon (BatLab), you will support the delivery of reliable electrical characterisation and performance data across cell, module, and pack levels. Your expertise will ensure seamless test operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting, all while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge test equipment, develop your technical skills, and support the optimisation of battery testing processes. You will be instrumental in creating work instructions, fabricating test rigs from technical drawings, and supporting health and safety standards.
