We are excited to partner with a leading automotive organisation seeking a Brakes Refinement Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences by refining braking system attributes — including squeal, judder, creep groan, and NVH — from pedal action to foundation brake on iconic vehicles. Your expertise will support the design, development, testing, and validation processes, ensuring all technical issues are identified and resolved efficiently.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of automotive brake system design, problem-solving with tools such as FMEA and Root Cause Analysis, and experience in NVH analysis. Proven ability to interpret customer requirements into objective measurements and work effectively within cross-functional teams is essential. Some travel will be required for testing in Europe, providing engaging opportunities for hands-on development and benchmarking.
