Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Build Preparation Coordinator to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in supporting build operations, resource allocation, and logistics, ensuring seamless part movement and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shortage parts and their allocation across build zones.
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder engagement to guarantee completion of part kits.
- Investigate root causes of part pick issues using problem-solving methodologies.
- Maintain and improve operational processes aligned with strategic goals.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA and Power Query preferred).
- Familiarity with GPIRS/SAP for parts tracking.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
