Business Process Analyst - Gaydon

Join our client as a Business Process Analyst and be instrumental in driving operational excellence and organisational transformation.

You will lead end-to-end process mapping, utilise tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM platforms, and define both current and future state processes to optimise workflows. Your proven experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops across regions and functions will ensure collaborative success. You’ll develop governance artefacts such as RACIs, map cross-team handoffs, and support change initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement.
