Join our clients dynamic Vertical Function Group (VFG) team, focusing on the innovative design, analysis, and release of key vehicle chassis suspension components.
Your role will be vital in enhancing vehicle dynamics and refinement through the development of elastomer and hydraulic bushes for suspension and subframe systems. As a Chassis Bush Design Engineer, you will take charge of target concurrence, design, and development processes, ensuring that all components align with customer specifications and performance indicators. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the quality, reliability, and overall performance of our vehicle attributes. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the journey from concept to production, managing the design, validation, and launch phases while fostering seamless integration with tier 1 commodities like links, knuckles, and frames. You will engage with Axle System Development teams, driving our transition into an integrated systems engineering culture.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of rubber materials, elastomers, and mounts.
- Familiarity with the product creation and delivery process.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
