Comms and Engagement Specialist - Solihull

 

Chartsign is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Comms and Engagement Specialist to drive change management initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of deployment releases to end users while fostering employee engagement and communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the impact of process changes on business roles and user access.
  • Identify stakeholders and end users involved in deployment activities.
  • Support onboarding for Early Adopters and Super Users.
  • Conduct change impact assessments with senior stakeholders.
  • Create and execute effective stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
  • Align global business processes with Transformation Process Architecture.
  • Develop a comprehensive communications strategy that promotes user engagement and celebrates milestones.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience in transformational projects and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of creating detailed plans.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Agile methodologies is preferred.
