Our client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is seeking a Contract ECMS Process Coordinator based in North West. This fixed-term role lasts until January 2026 and is ideal for candidates with a solid background in Engineering.
Main Goals and Objectives
The ECMS Process Coordinator will oversee the Product-related Environmental Compliance Management Systems (ECMS), ensuring effective coordination and continual improvement of compliance processes. Key responsibilities include managing the ECMS clearing process, reporting effectiveness at the Brand level, and providing insights to internal bodies such as Audi.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and issue tracking
- Strong background in Quality Management System (QMS) and process improvement
- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
- Experience in compliance reporting and legislative conformity
- Familiarity with automotive processes, particularly with Bentley or VW
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
