Our client is seeking a Contract Employee Relations Advisor to join a highly skilled team dedicated to managing complex Employee Relations cases, including discipline, grievance, absence, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of diverse ER matters.
- Support colleagues through challenging situations.
- Assist in disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and absence management.
- Work with line managers during absence reviews, investigations, and hearings.
- Foster relationships and influence through coaching leadership.
- Make recommendations based on sound risk analysis.
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure with rational judgement.
