Employee Relations Advisor - Birmingham

Join our client’s dedicated team as an Employee Relations Advisor, providing vital support within a manufacturing environment. Specialising in absence management, disciplinary casework, and employee wellbeing, you will partner with line managers and Occupational Health to reduce absence durations and enhance workforce resilience. Your role will encompass delivering training, coaching, and data reporting to optimise employee relations strategies.

 

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional with experience supporting short and long-term absence cases and restricted workers. Your strong communication and organisational skills will be essential in managing complex cases, conducting investigations, and delivering impactful advice. You will foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company policies.

 

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in HR systems, analytics, and employee wellbeing, within a supportive team dedicated to employee care and operational excellence.
