This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who specialises in absence management, particularly within fast-paced, unionised environments. You will provide high-quality HR support by managing employee absence cases, collaborating with stakeholders, and working closely with Occupational Health and HR systems to deliver timely solutions. Your strong attention to detail and organisational skills will enable you to coordinate support measures, facilitate communication and promote wellbeing initiatives aimed at reducing absence duration and improving employee outcomes.
We’re seeking a resilient, motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing data reporting and supporting continuous improvement projects. Your customer-focused approach and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will ensure successful stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction targets.
