HR Consultant – Contact Centre - Coventry

Join our client’s HR team in Coventry as an HR Consultant – Contact Centre. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for Jaguar Land Rover colleagues and managers, providing expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations. Your strong case management skills will ensure queries are resolved swiftly via email, portal, or outbound calls, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

 

Ideal candidates will have experience in HR advisory roles, with a solid understanding of disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and UK employment law. Your proficiency with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and ticketing tools like CloudforService will enable you to deliver results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to coach managers are essential.
