HR Consultant – Contact Centre - Coventry

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and case management?

We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join a dynamic Contact Centre environment at Jaguar Land Rover in Whitley, Coventry. In this rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for employee queries, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and case resolution - including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters. Your clear communication skills and knowledge of HR practices will enable you to build rapport, understand individual circumstances, and apply policies effectively, helping to minimise risk and support employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, preferably with case management systems and an understanding of UK employment law. Your ability to deliver results in a fast-paced setting and work collaboratively across teams will help drive excellent service standards.
