Human Factors Researcher - Warwick

 

Position Overview

Join our clints dynamic Human Sciences team as a Human Factors Researcher, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for future Jaguar Land Rover products. Collaborating with experts in human factors, psychology, and cognitive neuroscience, your focus will be on designing intuitive user interface systems that enhance the driving experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and literature reviews.
  • Analyze data to identify insights for improving user experience.
  • Collaborate with design teams to incorporate human factors principles into product development.
  • Create interaction concepts that adhere to JLR guidelines.
  • Evaluate prototypes and offer feedback to enhance usability.
  • Document findings in comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on advancements in human factors and ergonomics.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, R, NVivo or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
