Issue management specialist - Gaydon

At Chartsign, we're excited to support our client in recruiting a Contract Issue Management Specialist. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems, ensuring seamless system operations and high-performance standards.

 

The ideal candidate has solid expertise in issue and defect management processes and tools, with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis and problem solving. You'll develop and interpret key metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, delivering clear performance reports to senior stakeholders. Your understanding of software and systems integration will underpin your ability to manage dependencies effectively.

 

Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail will enable you to facilitate issue review meetings confidently, maintain issue registers accurately, and promote continuous process improvement within structured frameworks like PMO and programme management. Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies is highly valued.
