Are you experienced in managing complex issue and defect resolution within integrated systems? Our client is seeking a dedicated Issue Management Specialist to oversee the tracking, reporting, and resolution process, ensuring adherence to best practices and process discipline.
This role involves driving actions based on KPI-driven defect management and collaborating with stakeholders across various teams. An essential part of the position is developing insightful metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations that support performance reporting and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of issue management tools, root cause analysis, and software integration principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are vital to facilitate issue review meetings and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
Experience within structured project governance frameworks, such as PMO or programme teams, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, will be advantageous.
