About the Role:
As Lead UI Designer, you’ll be at the heart of translating brand identity into sophisticated, functional, and visually striking digital user interfaces. Working in close collaboration with UX designers, technologists, and software developers, you'll craft the look, feel and interactive behaviour of next-generation in-car experiences.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the full design lifecycle, from concept to high-fidelity production, ensuring that every pixel reflects the brand’s premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate brand principles into digital design direction for HMI and UI systems.

Develop, maintain, and evolve robust design systems, guidelines, and reusable components.

Collaborate closely with UX teams, technologists, and engineers to ensure vision is feasible and deliverable.

Ensure seamless integration of business information systems into the digital design environment.

Produce high-fidelity prototypes and visuals for stakeholder review and iterative development.

Partner with programme management and creative operations teams to align design delivery with project timelines.

Act as a key design stakeholder, collaborating across teams to maintain consistency and quality.
