Join our client's dynamic team as a Lead Attribute Owner within the Climate & Air Quality department, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a modern luxury automotive experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing customer-level requirements and target setting for significant vehicle lines.
• Developing a robust test process for assessment and validation in line with Climate Attribute DV Requirements.
• Collaborating with T&D Engineers, Component and Program Leaders, and various engineering disciplines to enhance the Climate System experience.
• Supporting issue resolution to ensure optimal performance.

Key Requirements:

• Engineering degree plus experience in air quality and thermal comfort systems.
• Strong project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering requirements management.
