Position Description:
BIW Manufacturing Process Engineer and BIW Assets Co-Ordinator
Skills Required:
Effective planning and prioritisation with cost and time constraints. Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the business and with external partners. Must be able to lead a team of engineers if required. Drive meetings with clear agenda. Resolve conflicts, track actions and roadmaps Able to communicate effectively to all levels of the business and with external partners. Able to present complex problem solving project to senior managers and directors. Must be able to form good working relationships at all levels and areas within the organisation.
Experience Required:
- Launch and deliver new BIW models/model year update/ engineering changes and the associated facilities changes in a BIW environment.
- Engineering degree qualified.
- Basic understanding of common BIW commodities such as Robots, sealing kit, controls equipment and it's requirements for process engineering.
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge in robot programming, controls, simulation, discreet event simulations.
