This role is central to leading transformative initiatives focused on Digital Innovation, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency within a final assembly environment. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring strategic objectives are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have a solid background in manufacturing engineering, particularly within final assembly or production settings, complemented by project management expertise within PMO frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Your ability to develop detailed project plans, manage risks and resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across organisational levels will be key to your success.
