We are currently seeking a professional Noise, Vibration, and Harshness Engineer (NVH) to join our growing team in Warwickshire.
Operating within an Agile framework, this role will be responsible for supporting the vehicle testing function by delivering electrified powerpack noise, vibration, and harshness attributes across various vehicle applications.
Specifically, you will collaborate with team members to analyse competitor information, conduct benchmarking, and set targets, liaise with Electric Drive Unit design and development, Powertrain, and Vehicle NVH teams, and support electrified Powerpack NVH attribute development and delivery. You will also conduct noise, vibration, and harshness measurements and perform data analysis, prepare comprehensive reports with clear results and conclusions, and support continuous improvement initiatives and problem resolution processes.
To succeed in this role, we require experience in working with LMS test.lab or a similar NVH data acquisition and processing system, proficiency in using noise, vibration, and harshness test equipment (accelerometers and microphones) for data collection and processing, and ideally exposure to applying NVH experience within a project-management-led environment utilising quality tools, processes, and metrics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and welcoming team that takes pride in delivering quality services in an encouraging, optimistic and personable atmosphere.
