Main Tasks/Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Maintain working hours trackers for each employee from timesheets vs required working hours
- Support the issue of offers, contracts of employment, and onboarding of new starters.
- Keeping employee’s right to work and compliance up to date
- Prepare payroll data every month.
- Being the first point of contact for PDSL and answering queries in a timely manner
- Helping out with Recruitment when needed- Editing CVs and sourcing them
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- A good level of written and oral communication at various levels
- Excellent customer and service focus
- Strong PC Skills: Excel, Word, Spreadsheet and Data analysis
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
