Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage responsibilities initially until March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s diary and email communications, ensuring prioritization and efficiency.
- Compile daily files and manage expense approvals in a timely manner.
- Attend team meetings and follow through on all action items.
- Assist in arranging meetings and events while adhering to company policies.
- Work collaboratively across functions to ensure effective information sharing.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, resilient approach to work.
