Join our client as a Project/Program Management Office (PMO) Manager, leading the delivery of complex software programmes within an Agile environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with proven expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving project best practices across global, cross-functional groups.
You will develop and promote project management templates, provide training and mentorship, and monitor dependencies across multiple projects to ensure seamless delivery. Your strong communication and analytical skills will enable you to report consolidations and support senior leadership with vital project insights.
We’re seeking candidates with substantial experience in software development environments, Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe), and tools like Jira and Confluence. Formal certifications such as PSM, SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 are highly desirable. A proven track record of delivering projects timely, within budget, and aligned with organisational strategies is essential.
