Sales Engineer - West Midlands

OUR CLIENT is an established engineering and manufacturing company providing innovative heat transfer enhancement solutions to a variety of industries worldwide. Based in Alcester they are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Sales Engineer.

Competitive salary offered dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive global sales initiatives.
• Develop new client relationships while fostering long-term partnerships.
• Conduct presentations and oversee sales strategy execution.
• Work closely with engineering and marketing support teams for seamless collaboration.
• Attend industry events and meeting and manage CRM data meticulously.
• Analyse and present sales metrics
• Obtain feedback from completed projects against agreed criteria.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Sales or business development background, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker adept at crafting and executing sales strategies.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.
