You will guide the team through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, removing blockers and promoting open communication. Your coaching will support effective backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and the creation of innovative, high-quality products.
This position offers the opportunity to influence team dynamics, motivate members, and support external stakeholder engagement to ensure project success. As a manager-level professional, you'll implement strategy, resolve moderately complex problems, and drive policy for short-term results.
