The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Powertrain Software Control Group as a Product Owner, where you'll play a pivotal role within the JLR Agile framework. You will define the Product Vision and manage the Backlog for your squad, overseeing the delivery of significant propulsion features across multiple vehicle programmes, including BEV driver modes and predictive functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between your squad and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on product goals and delivery status.
- Maximise project value through iterative methodologies, while maintaining alignment with systems engineering principles.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, adapting swiftly to customer needs with frequent feedback and reprioritisation.
- Support project management processes alongside the Scrum Master and effectively communicate issues and solutions to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven background in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner and systems engineering methodologies.
- Desirable experience in the Automotive sector and relevant project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
