We are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of innovative automotive lighting systems. If you are experienced with CATIA V5 and passionate about creating high-quality, cost-effective lighting solutions, this role is perfect for you.
In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust designs that meet industry and OEM standards. Your expertise will help optimise system packaging, manage product development cycles, and interface with suppliers to ensure timely, quality solutions.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in automotive lighting packaging, strong knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, DFM/DFA, and tolerance analysis, alongside effective communication skills. Familiarity with lighting simulation tools and additional CAD packages is a plus.
