This full-time, permanent role is ideal for talented professionals with a proven track record in optical design for automotive exterior lighting systems, including headlamps, rear lamps, and signature lighting.
As a key contributor, you will lead optical development activities from RFQ through series production, working closely with OEMs and Tier-1 partners across global markets. Your expertise in optical simulation tools such as LucidShape, Ansys SPEOS, and LightTools will be essential to ensuring regulatory compliance and innovative headlamp solutions, including ADB and Pixel lighting technologies.
We welcome candidates with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, a solid understanding of global automotive regulations (ECE, FMVSS, AIS/CMVR), and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
