Chartsign is excited to partner with our esteemed client, in their search for a Contract Solutions and Implementation Engineer. This pivotal role is centered around implementing their logistics strategy at the Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC).
As a Solutions and Implementation Engineer, you will spearhead the development and delivery of innovative material handling and process improvement solutions. Your expertise will support strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs, particularly as JLR embraces advanced logistics technologies such as Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
Responsibilities
- Delivering best-in-class logistics solutions.
- Contributing to the Material Flow and Automation Strategy.
- Applying research methods like benchmarking to identify technological opportunities.
Essential:
- Experience with external suppliers and project management.
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
