Join Our client's Team as a Suspension Systems Engineer, we are partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer seeking a dedicated Suspension Systems Engineer.
If you have experience in suspension or chassis design, and a passion for creating innovative damping solutions - such as shock absorbers, coil springs, or air suspension - this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career. In this role, you will contribute to research and development, working within an Agile Squad to design, refine, and deliver suspension components that meet quality, cost, and weight targets.
Your expertise will support APQP processes, manage change requests, and collaborate with suppliers to develop high-quality solutions aligned with Jaguar Land Rover standards. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in product creation, and familiarity with engineering documentation and change management. Knowledge of GD&T, CAD/CAE tools, and suspension technology - especially dampers, springs, or air suspension - is desirable.
