In this role, you will support the development and integration of ride, steering, and handling attributes for future vehicles. You'll gain valuable experience across multiple dynamics disciplines, supporting delivery from concept through to production while managing technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of vehicle dynamics fundamentals, strong organisational skills, and a passion for driving and subjective evaluation. Responsibilities include defining dynamic targets, facilitating testing and tuning, and ensuring requirements are effectively cascaded across systems and components.
Skills required:
- Experience in vehicle dynamics fundamentals and integration
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Awareness of subjective/objective evaluation methods
- Desirable: track driving experience, system testing knowledge, and CAE understanding
