In this position, you’ll evaluate new vehicle content to assess impacts on Ergonomics, coordinate responses across teams, and oversee Design Verification testing. Your organisational skills will ensure test schedules and reporting are managed seamlessly, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
To succeed, you should have experience using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, along with workflow tools such as IBM Rational DOORS and IBM Engineering Workflow Management. Proficiency with collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Lucid is also essential. Your excellent stakeholder management and time management skills will support the coordination of activities for a team of around 40 members.
